General membership of ISO is free of dues and open to all individuals.  Voting privileges are limited to enrolled students of The Ohio State University who register with the ISO every year and pay their membership dues.  The amount of the dues will be decided after the elections by a simple majority of the general membership.

ARTICLE V- ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP

The President will hold the position for one academic year

1. Plan, chair general membership and officer meetings.
2. Prepare the agenda for these meetings and send copies to all ISO members.
3. Coordinate the duties of all officers and insure that they are being performed properly.
4. Supervise fundraising activities as well as being actively involved in calculation and management of the budget.
